Brody Heads Out on National Dirt Road Stories Tour Beginning October 20, 2018, With 37 Dates Across the Country
Wednesday October 3, 2018 – Multi Juno and CCMA award-winning artist, and celebrated songwriter Dean Brody is set to release the new video for his latest single, Dose of Country, on October 10, when the track will simultaneously be released to radio. Before release as an official single, “Dose of Country” already has more than 700,000 streams across Spotify and Apple Music.
Created in partnership with Twisted Tea for their ‘Totally Twisted Summer Party’ contest, the video was shot in Mulmur, Ontario, alongside contest winner Samantha Robinson, and 100 of her closest family and friends. A special sneak peek of Dose of Country also debuts on October 10 on ET Canada at 7:30pm ET on Global.
“I wanted to find a way to show my fans how much their support means to me, and the Twisted Tea contest created the perfect opportunity to do that,” said Dean Brody. “Dose of Country is everything a great party in the country should be; beautifully set, dynamic, and full of good times with friends. I can’t wait for my fans to see it.”
“It was so much fun – my cheeks were so sore from smiling and laughing,” said contest winner Samantha Robinson. “It was the best time ever.”
This Fall, Brody will hit the road for the Dirt Road Stories Tour, beginning October 20 in Truro and ending December 2 in Cranbrook, BC. Demand is high to see Brody in such an intimate setting, with several markets already sold-out, and secondary dates already added in Regina and Winnipeg.
Stopping in both small towns and larger markets, this compelling, intimate acoustic tour will showcase Brody’s depth as a songwriter, and his unparalleled ability to bring storytelling to the forefront of country music. Singer-songwriter Jessica Mitchell will join Brody on each of the East Coast dates, including Montreal, giving listeners a taste of her genre-bending sound with tracks on her recently released debut album, Heart of Glass.
